ressure and heart-related disorder such as chest pain (angina pectoris). It works by lowering the blood pressure, heart rate and contractility of heart muscles. Amlodipine+Atenolol is available in the form of tablets and capsules. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting amlodipine+atenolol.
Uses of Amlodipine+Atenolol
Amlodipine+Atenolol is used for the treatment of high blood pressure and angina pectoris (heart-related chest pain).

- Medicine that is used as a muscle relaxant called Dantrolene, if taken along, can lead to serious heart-related problems.
- Medicines that are used for irregular heartbeats like Amiodarone and Disopyramide if taken along with this medicine can lead to a drop in blood pressure and slow heartbeat. Simultaneous use should be avoided....

Missed a Dose
If you have missed any dose of amlodipine+atenolol then take it as soon as you remember. If it is already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one....
